Thailand Jobs Newsflash!

New opportunity! - Teach English in Thailand.

Urgent requirement!

A brand new contract for a restricted number of native English speaking teachers has just been revealed to me today. The venue for this new contract is in the North East of Thailand in a quite remote, but very nice location at a place called Chaiyaphum.

This new contract has just been signed with approximately 8 schools in this region to supply native English speaking, English teachers, for an initial contract of one year. This is a 'first' in this area of Thailand and I am quite sure that it will be the start of many more opportunities in this and other regions in the future.

The basic requirements for one of these new vacancies are:

  1. Native English speaker (Basic requirement).
  2. Holder of a 'Teacher of English as a Foreign Language certificate' (TEFL).
  3. Candidates with previous experience of teaching in Thailand (Preferable).
  4. Candidates that have previous overseas teaching experience (Also preferable).
  5. Candidates that can take care of themselves in fairly remote areas in a foreign country without problems (A must).

The new contract is due to start in May 2009 and suitable candidates will need to apply, be interviewed and screened for selection well before that date.

I am just acting as the internet marketing agent for these positions and I am not personally involved with this project. However, all applicants that are interested and qualified can contact me on my dedicated email address for this project at: engteachthai@reedinter.co.uk and all suitable applications that I receive will be handed personally to the head of recruitment for this project who is a personal close friend of mine.

Good luck to all of you that apply!
