New retirement village / homes project in the North of Thailand
Natural green surroundings, clean air, ideal countryside setting with Siam style accommodation planned for retired, or nearly retired people looking for a place to settle down and enjoy life in a retirement community setting, at a leisurely pace and at a very attractive price and relatively low cost of living, in a warm and pleasant climate and culture.
The plan for this fairly unique retirement village community, is to build custom designed Thai style villas / bungalows in natural surroundings on the grounds of a functional Thai fruit farm. There will be a recreational centre that will house meeting / occasional rooms, an open-air restaurant, a British style pub, a local corner shop and entertainment rooms. There will also be some modern facilities, such as internet access and satellite TV, although the overall style will still ensure a very laid-back and relaxed atmosphere.
As an early retiree myself already residing on this location, looking around at the natural surroundings and enjoying the clean, fresh air, I could envisage how this would also appeal to many other retirees looking for a relaxing place to settle down in a warm tropical climate. So sitting early one morning enjoying a hot cup of tea with biscuits in this wonderful place, then, in the words of the late, famous Martin Luther King "I have a dream", so here we are!
As this is a new project, we have decided to give special status, prices and residential conditions to the first five potential residents who make the initial contractual committment.
This project is still in the planning and development stage at the moment, on-target projected opening June 2008 - Investors welcome
